At harvest time, fresh tomatoes are washed, cut into 5-6 pieces, oven dried and frozen without any additives or preservatives like salt or sulphur. Oven Semi Dried Tomatoes are stored in cold storage and can be shipped IQF frozen in bulk packages Plain and Marinated or Ambient, Pasteurized and Marinated in shelf-stable packages.
